Get ready for summer adventures with our weekly couch to 5k.
Join us at Keswick every Thursday from 18th May 2023 for a 9 week course to help you get fitter and healthier.
Join Jenni, a level 3 personal trainer, Run Leader and local runner, for weekly training runs. Each run will follow the Couch to 5k NHS training plan, and youll be joined by others for motivation, companionship and accountability.
These inclusive and friendly runs are a great way to stay on track and run together.
Couch to 5K is for everyone. Whether you’ve never run before or you just want to get more active, Couch to 5K is an easy way of getting fitter and healthier.
At the end of your 9 weeks, there will be a park run on the 22nd July. After, pick up your free gift and celebrate together. Your 5 ticket fee will all go to the Foundation.
Your 4-legged friends are welcome to come and run with you too!
